Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the use of the website, or any transactions conducted through it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Khartoum State, Republic of Sudan.

Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

This policy outlines the conditions under which products purchased from Digitechstores.com may be eligible for return, replacement, or refund. Please read it carefully before submitting a request.

Eligibility for Return, Replacement, or Refund

To be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund, the product must meet one of the
following conditions:

  • The product is unopened and in its original sealed packaging.
  • The product is found to have a confirmed manufacturing defect, identified after proper
    installation, commissioning, and technical inspection by an authorized technician.

 

Valid Reasons for Replacement or Refund

A product may be eligible for replacement or refund only in the following cases:

  • Upon delivery and after proper installation and commissioning, the product does not
    function due to a verified manufacturing defect (for example: compressor failure or
    internal power failure not caused by external factors).
  • Upon delivery, the product has major body damage (such as deep scratches, dents, or
    broken parts) that affects functionality and is confirmed at the time of delivery.

 

Conditions Not Eligible for Replacement or Refund

The following cases do not constitute manufacturing defects and are not valid reasons for
return, replacement, or refund:

  • Units delivered without gas charge, where on-site gas charging is required as per manufacturer standards. This condition does not indicate a defect.
  • Missing accessories, incorrect or missing labels, loose or unconnected wiring, rust, or
    corrosion that can be corrected during installation or sourced locally.
  • Issues that can be resolved during installation or technical setup.
  • Damage caused by improper storage, handling, installation, fire, electrical surges, water damage, or any external factors.
  • Products sold expressly as non-returnable.
  • Products purchased from secondary sources (i.e., not directly from Digitechstores.com).
  • Products with missing or unreadable serial numbers or seals.
  • Products determined by Digitech, at its sole discretion, to be misbranded, mishandled, or counterfeit.

Inspection & Processing

  • Once a returned item is received, it will be inspected by our technical team. If approved, the replacement or refund will be processed accordingly.
  • For approved refund requests, the refund will be issued via cheque payment. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the process to be completed.

Non‑Returnable Expenses

Digitechstores.com is not responsible for any financial charges, including but not limited to:

  • Bank charges
  • Finance expenses
  • Transportation, handling, or logistics costs related to returned products

 

Reward Points Terms and Conditions

Digitech’s Points program (“Program”) is designed to help you get the most out of your experience. We reward you for shopping online at digitechstores.com, refer friends to the site (digitechstores.com) and send us feedback on your products. Best of all, the points you earn can be used to purchase more products! The following Rewards terms and conditions (these “Rewards Terms and Conditions”) contain important information regarding the Program. Please read the following Rewards Terms and Conditions carefully. These Rewards Terms and Conditions are incorporated into the Site Terms and Conditions. Acceptance of the Site Terms and Conditions shall consist of acceptance of these Rewards Terms and Conditions. These Rewards Terms and Conditions are a binding agreement between you and Digitech and will govern your participation in any and all Program offers.

Program Rewards (“Rewards”) may change from time to time and, and may be made available for limited times, all as determined by Digitech in its sole discretion. Digitech reserves the right to modify these Rewards Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice to you, so it is important to check the Rewards Terms and Conditions periodically. Participation in the Program and/or redemption of Rewards is considered acceptance of these Rewards Terms and Conditions and any modified terms included therein. Upon notice, Digitech may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend or modify any aspect of the Program and/or any Program Reward at any time, including the availability of any Program Reward.

Earning Digitech Stores Points

  • Points are collected after each order from Digitechstores.com
  • Points collection starts from the date and time the program is launched, no points will be collected based on backdated orders.

Upon notice, Digitech reserves the right to suspend, terminate, revalue or modify, without liability to Customers, all or part of the Points’ value structure and offers and any merchandise or service. Digitech reserves the right to adjudicate all Points discrepancies in its sole discretion, and the Digitechs agree to abide by any such adjudication. You can check your Points balance on your account page.

Digitech Stores Points Redemption

  • Points are not redeemable for cash
  • Digitechs can redeem points on carts that include products under promotion
  • Points can be redeemed in correlation with other coupons
  • Points may be applied toward partial orders or purchases, and the remainder of the order will be paid by chosen method of payment by Digitech.
  • Points are available for redemption for the purchase of products on the Site only while supplies last and quantities may be limited.

To redeem your Points simply

  • login to your account and go to my points
  • Then go to manage points where you can convert your points to a discount coupon.
  • Copy your coupon code and start your purchase process then continue through the checkout process.
  • When you get to the cart, you’ll see a box that says “Coupon code” paste the coupon you copied in the box and press apply coupon.

Your Points will be redeemed and the value will be deducted from your order total. Done!

Refunds & Returns

  • Any items purchased as a result of Points redemption and is to be returned and refunded (according to Return/Refund and Replacement policy) may only be exchanged for a refund of the applicable Points redeemed for such item (not cash or credit). Purchases made with Points will ship in the normal course of business.
  • Points earned via normal cash payment for purchases on the Site will be rescinded in the event that such purchase is returned for a refund.
  • In-case the full quantity of points a Digitech possesses does not cover the quantity of points that should be rescinded as a result of a return/refund, then the value of these outstanding points in SDG should be deducted from the refund amount.

You can always check your Digitech Stores Point balance on your account page.

Digitech Points Expiration

Points will expire 3 years from the date they were first earned. If Customer does not redeem Points within this time frame, Customer forfeits all such Points.
Your Account page lists your Rewards Points balance history, which displays the dates your points were earned.

Termination

Digitech may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend, or modify any aspect of the Program and/or any Reward at any time, including the availability of any Reward. Digitech may, in its sole and absolute discretion, terminate or suspend any Digitech’s participation in the Program for breach of these Rewards Terms and Conditions, or for taking any actions that are inconsistent with the intent of these Terms and Conditions. Digitech reserves the right at its sole discretion to prohibit any Customer from participating in any aspect of the Program if Digitech deems or suspects that such Customer has engaged in or has attempted to engage in any of the following: (a) acting in violation of these Rewards Terms and Conditions; or (b) damaging, tampering with or corrupting the operation of the Program or Site; or (c) acting with intent to annoy, harass or abuse any other person; or (d) any inappropriate, uncooperative, disruptive, fraudulent, potentially fraudulent, or unusual behavior or activity; or (e) activity deemed in the sole discretion of Digitech to be generally inconsistent with the intended operation of the Program. Any decision Digitech makes relating to termination or suspension of any Customer’s participation in the Program shall be final and binding in all respects. Digitech shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or breach of these Rewards Terms and Conditions or intent of these Rewards Terms and Conditions.

Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify, defend and hold Digitech and its representatives and agents harmless from and against any and all third party claims, demands, liabilities, costs or expenses, including attorney’s fees and costs, arising from, or related to any breach by Customer of any of these Rewards Terms and Conditions or any violation by Customer of applicable law.

Governing Law

The laws of the Sudan shall govern these Rewards Terms and Conditions. Customer hereby expressly consents to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the courts located in Khartoum for all matters arising in connection with these Rewards Terms and Conditions or Customer’s participation in the Program.
